AFTERThe non-destructive color correction I did for this painting revealed several details that were lost on the photo session. By telling photoshop that the white canvas was really white an not cyanish-magented white we have a proper color distribution around the rest of the painting. Step 2 was to get the proper contrast on the canvas strokes and enhancing the formas of the painting.
It’s quite impressive the before/after on the blue paint strokes at the bottom, and the bird head that gets a nice tridimentional form (more volume). Check the image at fullsize in here.
The images are copyright of a portuguese artist that we’ll reveal soon, currently we are developing her website to unleash at the end of April.
